Come see Austin’s newest shaved ice addition sure to become an Austin favorite. We use block ice that is made from oxygenated filter water using advance reverse osmosis filtration system. The ice is tempered before use to assure the fluffiest ice and we use the "Olde New Orleans" Block Ice Shaver. This is one of the most powerful block ice shavers in the world that rates the highest for fluffiness (9/10… 10 only exists on the mountain top).
We rotate our stock of flavors and syrups regularly to assure freshness.

Shaved Ice versus Snow Cones - THERE IS A DIFFERENCE
First of all, shaved ice consists of smooth, fine ice that holds syrup. Second, snow cones are not the same as shaved ice. Usually, snow cones are made from hard crunchy ice that when snow cone syrup is added to the ice, the syrup goes straight to the bottom… not good.
